Charming hotel, friendly staff, central location, helpful with Alhambra tickets, clean and quiet, old-fashioned interior.

The location is great, with stunning views of a famous landmark nearby and a short walk to restaurants and sights. The hotel is also conveniently located near the city centre, making it easily accessible. The service provided by the staff is top-notch, with friendly and helpful employees. The breakfast is plentiful and varied, with a wide range of options. Additionally, the hotel offers a private terrace with a view, providing a unique experience for guests.

One downside is that there were no luggage stands in the room, which made it difficult to keep our suitcases organized.

This hotel is in a very nice area, located in the city center and within easy walking distance of attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities in the room included a/c and toiletries in the bathroom. The breakfast had several options and was pleasantly served.

The rooms were very small, with cramped beds and bathrooms. The walls were thin, and we could hear noise from the neighboring rooms.

The rooms are clean and spacious, with separate bedrooms and views of the Alhambra. The attention to detail, such as providing toiletries in the bathroom, is impressive. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was near the old Moorish neighborhood and also close to taxis and bike/segway rentals. The hotel itself had a charming old world charm, a rare find in this city. The staff, especially the lovely reception ladies, were helpful and friendly. They provided us with useful information about restaurants, sights, and events in this city. They even managed to get us last-minute tickets for the Alhambra when our plans got delayed. Communication with them was seamless, whether through email or phone. The hotel also had a gourmet restaurant attached, where we had our best meal in Spain. Our superior double room was comfortable and luxurious, with a view of one of the Alhambra towers. The special pillows provided were a thoughtful touch, as most pillows in Spain are high and hard.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The hotel exuded old-world charm, with its unique decor and authentic atmosphere. I was lucky enough to have a room with a balcony patio that overlooked the fine La Alhambra - a amazing view. The central location made it easy for me to explore the city, with many restaurants and shops just a stone's throw away. The staff were helpful and were pretty good too ensure my comfort, even preparing a breakfast picnic for me when I had to leave early. I had a good experience and would highly recommend this hotel.
